We already knew a bit from John, but it is good to get lessons from someone who speaks Chinese. They guide also gave us a piece of paper that has a couple of phrases in English and Chinese that explain to people that our baby is adopted.

It's Official
Today we went to do the final adoption paperwork for China. We answered a couple of questions, signed a couple of papers, gave the officials gifts and they said, "Congratulations, she's yours forever." Now we have to apply for a passport for Junie and do the US paperwork at the Consulate.

I can't believe it. Everyone is so excited, we almost feel like its happening to us too. We are so happy for the four of you. A picture says a thousand words. Hope the weather is good there. Surpise surprise its raining and cold here. Can't wait for you to get back to the states.
